Peter Boyd was born and raised in Hobart, Indiana. Working for a 100 year-old family-owned and operated construction firm, Peter learned at a young age how to adapt to all of the day-to-day activities that came with running a large company.

Peter is the President and CEO of Boyd Construction Company in St. Petersburg, FL, where he holds a CGC (Certified General Contractor's) license in the state of Florida, and the sole license holder for the company. Mr. Boyd is also seeking licensing in additional states. He is highly experienced in all phases of the construction industry and has extensive knowledge in the Florida construction licensing laws and local codes.

A native of Sacramento, CA, Sarah graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design from California State University.

Following graduation, Sarah studied under Cynthia Easton Architects from 2002 through 2007, an all-female architecture firm located in Sacramento. Cynthia Easton is a former AIA Chapter President.

Upon relocating to Florida, Sarah worked as Studio Director for John A. Bodziak, Architect, AIA, from 2007 through 2011.

Sarah has been with Boyd Construction Company since early 2011 where she assists in all the day-to-day operations from preliminary design work and drawings, to scheduling and permitting.

Sarah's extensive knowledge on building codes makes her vital in every aspect of the permitting process.

A resident of St. Petersburg for nearly 50 years, Kevin Chaney has worked throughout the Southeast United States with an emphasis in Florida. He is versed in design, construction and scheduling for a variety of projects such as military bases and government facilities, all types of commercial officebuildings and complexes, private sector custom homes, large condominium projects such as Isla Del Sol, interstate highways and bridges, schools, yacht clubs and marinas, assisted living facilities as well as HUD sanctioned projects such as the Brentwood of St. Petersburg, hospitals, hotels and motels including Disney and throughout the Gulf Coast Beaches.

In his 39 years in the construction industry, Kevin has been the Vice President of two large General Contracting and Development Companies as well as owned and operated, K.C. Steel Inc., a steel distribution and installation company specializing in post tension. His projects to date, total at an excess of 800 million dollars.

His extensive knowledge of construction, design/ build and value engineering to ensures projects are delivered on time and in budget, makingKevin Chaney an immeasurable asset to Boyd Construction.
